Filled with many misspelled words and conventional wisdom that seemed to be copied from other places. However many principles quoted are useful in understanding what emotional intelligence is and is not. I think if he just covered the topic of what empathy is he would have covered it adequately.

Simple but effective exercises to increase the level of emotional intelligence. I learn to better understand and control my emotions, to overcome daily difficulties without stress. I especially liked the chapter on interaction with manipulative people.
